| Q - Can your decals be applied on a painted car surface like a hood or finder? |
| A - Yes, they can as long as the surface is not a real strong curve. Note: Our decals are not made to be removed real easy once they are installed so make sure you like the location before you apply it. |
| Q - Can I apply the vinyl decals to a back glass that has a wiper blade? |
| A - Yes, as long as the wiper does not go over the decal. If the wiper blade goes over the decal it should not peel it up, but it will wear the decal away faster. |
| Q - Is the decal the outline you see or does it have a back color? |
| A - Our Decals have no background color at all. The color you see on the decal is the decal it's self. In other words wherever there is not color in the picture you will be able to see through the actual decal it will be hollow. |
| Q - Can you make custom decals with my company logo? |
| A - Yes on the left hand side of your screen there will be a button that says special requests. When you click that button it will take you to a page where you can upload your company logo and a box to tell us what you would like for it to say if anything. We will then e-mail you exactly what it will look like and make sure it is to your satisfaction. |
| Q - Do the decals you make go on the outside or inside of the window? |
| A - They are made to go on the outside of the window and have a 5 year outside warrenty. |
| Q - What is the best way to remove window decals? |
| A - Decals can be removed very easily from windows. To remove a decal from a window, wet the decal very well with glass cleaner. Use a window scrape that has a flat razor blade in it (these are available at any home improvement store for scraping paint off glass) scrape off the decal. Be sure to keep it very wet with glass cleaner while you scrape it. This will help keep the razor from scratching the glass. If any residue remains you can use any glue remover like (Goo Gone). |
| Q - Can your decals be applied to wood? |
| A - Yes the decals can be applied to wood if the wood is smooth and free of dust. |
| Q - Do the decals withstand heat from rear windshield defroster? |
| A - Our decals are applied to the outside of the window. The heat strips for the defroster are on the inside of the window. We have not had any reports from customers that have said the defroster has effected the decal in any way. |
