Decals Rock's Return Policy

Returns for U.S.A Customers only.

Here at Decals Rock we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We do everything in our power to make sure each and every customer is happy with every order they receive.

If you receive a decal with a defect you can return it within 30 days (at no cost to you).

If you receive any item from us that has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at sales@raddezigns.com within 24 hours of receiving it. Include a picture showing the defect. We will then give you a "Return Number" where you can send the item back to us for an exchange or refund.

If there is not a defect in your decal you can still return it but you will be responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee of 20%. Please contact us at sales@raddezigns.com for returns.

*We do not offer returns or refunds on "Custom Decals" this includes decals where you added additional text, special request decals, or any other decal that has been changed from the original design.
